Second Notice of the Annual Meeting

Dear Unit Owner,

The Annual Meeting of Taracomo Townhomes Condominium Association, Inc. will be held as follows:

  • Date: Tuesday, October 27, 2026
  • Time: 7:00 PM (Sign-in begins at 6:30 PM — you must bring a picture ID)
  • Location: Taracomo Townhomes Clubhouse, 13755 S.W. 84th Street, Miami, FL 33183

The Association received notices from four (4) existing members who wish to run for the seven (7) director positions. Because the board remains the same, no election will be held; however, the Annual Meeting will still take place.

A proxy is enclosed with the packet for the purpose of establishing a quorum. If you cannot attend in person, please return the signed proxy so business can be conducted.

Estimado Propietario,

La Reunión Anual de Taracomo Townhomes Condominium Association, Inc. se llevará a cabo de la siguiente manera:

  • Fecha: Martes, 27 de octubre de 2026
  • Hora: 7:00 PM (El registro comienza a las 6:30 PM — debe traer una identificación con foto)
  • Lugar: Taracomo Townhomes Clubhouse, 13755 S.W. 84th Street, Miami, FL 33183

La Asociación recibió avisos de cuatro (4) miembros existentes que desean postularse para las siete (7) posiciones de directores. Debido a que la junta permanece igual, no se llevará a cabo una elección; sin embargo, la Reunión Anual aún se realizará.

Se incluye un poder (proxy) en el paquete para efectos de establecer el quórum. Si no puede asistir en persona, por favor devuelva el poder firmado para que se pueda conducir la asamblea.
